Leading the Generations discusses the unique characteristics
of employees from the Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Generation X, and
Generation Y, their individual priorities, and how Culture Change Principles
and Values draw them together as a dynamic team with a focus on caring for
a fifth generation – our elders.
