OBJECTIVES:

Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate a format for communicating the value of Department Managers and other workers that incorporates the Culture Change Principle, “Each person can and does make a difference.”
  2. Provide topics and methods that facilitate dialog between the Administrator and the Department Managers.
  3. Suggest a format that transfers the process for communicating value to all levels of workers.
  4. Provide a framework to improve communication between members of the administrative team that supports compliance with Federal, State, and local laws, regulations and codes, and with accepted professional standards and principles (Federal Tags F490 and F492).
